Shipping options and charges
Shipping charges vary depending on where you live and the weight of the item(s) purchased when packed. Your country will fall into one of four zones. The countries within each zone are listed below. When you place your order and proceed to checkout, you do not need to enter either the zone or the shipping amount; our system will work out the zone and shipping charges from your address that you provide when you register with us.
Zone 1: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan.
Zone 2A: Australia, Canada, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Turkey, the United States.
Zone 2B: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United Kingdom.
Zone 3: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, South Africa, Venezuela.
What shipping options do you offer?
At checkout, if you live outside Japan you will have 3 different shipping options: air mail, registered air mail and EMS (express air mail).
Air mail: takes about a week to 10 days, sometimes longer. Insurance not included. Not trackable.
Registered air mail: takes about a week to 10 days, sometimes longer. Insurance included, up to a maximum of approximately USD $55.00. Trackable online.
EMS: takes about 3 to 7 days, sometimes longer if held up in customs. Insurance included, up to the amount declared on the customs documentation. Trackable online.
