Are your mini-LP CDs, box sets and boxes genuine Japanese products? Yes, we are based in Tokyo. We do not handle counterfeit items of any description.
Are all your products Japanese? Not
all of them, although the vast majority of our inventory is Japanese
product. It should be clear from the item description whether the item
is Japanese or not. If you are not sure, please send an email to info@plasticjapan.com
The
photograph in the item description does not show an obi but the item
description states that there is an obi. Which one is correct? The
item description is correct. We sometimes use generic photographs that
do not show an obi. If the item description states there is an obi,
there will be an obi included.
Can I send you my wants list? Yes, certainly. Please use our form here.
How much does it cost to my country? Please see the shipping rates page
Do you combine shipping? Yes. The more items you purchase, the cheaper it becomes per item. Why are there three shipping options when I check out? We offer three shipping options. The first option will show regular air mail. There is no online tracking with this service. The second option will show registered air mail. There is online tracking with this service. The third option will show EMS. There is online tracking with this service and it is usually faster than air mail. My CD hasn't arrived. Can you do anything? Items sent by registered delivery
or EMS come with insurance against loss. Registered delivery comes with insurance up
to JPY 6000 (approximately USD $55.00), and EMS includes full insurance up to the value declared on the customs documents. Items
sent by registered delivery or EMS can be tracked online. You will be
sent the tracking details after your item has been sent. If your item
was sent by registered delivery or EMS and has not arrived after four
weeks, please contact us. Items sent by regular air mail cannot be
tracked and are not insured.
My CD has arrived but it has been damaged in the post. Is my order insured? Items
sent by EMS come with insurance against damage, up to the value
declared on the customs documents. If your item has arrived damaged and
was sent by EMS, please contact us. |
